      This article talks about the public communication of science and technology in China from the perspective of culture. The author considers the continuous development of scientific culture to be a crucial component in the evolution and innovation of national culture. The author discusses how to foster the ever-renewing scientific culture from three perspectives: traditional culture and communication of science and technology, cultural connotation of science and technology communication, evaluation system of scientific literacy.
