英文摘要:

      A case study is carried out to illustrate that there is a wide social rhetoric space around a scientific concept．After intensive social rhetoric，the OMP osteb blasts milk protein becomes from a scientific concept to a symbol of high quality milk product with many added social meanings．Social rhetoric is a basic way of communication within human society．However，under certain conditions，it could be abused．Public participation is expected to penetrate the ‘fog of rhetoric'，and in the long run， promotes a harmonious， cooperative， and responsible social culture．
