      国家科研院所是我国科普事业的重要力量，拥有非常丰富、独到的可利用且有待开发的科普资源。本文以拥有较丰富科普资源的中科院大气物理研究所为对象进行案例研究，通过对其科普资源的开发和利用情况的深入调研，总结经验，分析问题，并尝试提出解决问题的建议。

英文摘要:

      Being the mainstay and foremost power of our country's scientific research，the national scientific institutes have very rich and special popular science resources to be explored．We choose one of these institutes—Institute of Atmospheric Physics，Chinese Academy of Science—to investigate its popular science resource situation，analyze the experiences and the problems existed，and try to give some suggestions on the resolve of them．
