      Based on the results of Chinese science literacy surveys hold previously，the author designs the questionnaires for the leader and civil servant to measure their science literacy．Through this survey，we got the profile and significance of science literacy of the leader and civil servant．The results will provide helpful theoretical and practical suggestions for the performance of the outline of the Action Plan for the Nation's Science Literacy.
