      由上海科学技术出版社和上海科技教育出版社联合出版的《彩图科技百科全书》(2005)是一套具有中国特色的原创科普图书，本文以其中的《器与技术》卷为例，分析了作者、文字编辑和美术编辑的创意，说明如何运用艺术的方式，在书中展示现代的发明器物，展示人类技术文明的历程，以及现代技术与社会的关系。

英文摘要:

      Colored Encyclopedia of Science and Technology (2005)，jointly published by Shanghai Scientific and Technical Publisher and Shanghai Scientific and Technological Publishing House, is a set of innovative science popularization books with Chinese characteristics．The paper takes the volume of Implements and Technology of the series as an example for analyzing in the creativity of author, text editor and art editor，and accounting for how to use artistic modes which display the invention of artifacts of modern society，show the history of human technological civilization，as well as the relationship between modern techniques and society in the Implements and Technology．
