      在当今世界，作为科学素质重要组成的信息素质， 已逐渐成为人们必备的基本素质之一。我国公民的信息素质总体水平不高，尤其老年居民的信息素质偏低，他们在信息获取和处理，以及利用信息解决健康、生活问题等方面处于弱势地位。深圳市龙岗区尚景社区从2005年开始举办了“老年人电脑学习班”，深受社区老年居民的欢迎。经过几年的发展，他们在培养和提高社区公众尤其是老年人信息素质方面，积累了许多值得借鉴的经验。

      In today's world，information literacy as an important component of scientific literacy has gradually become one basic literacy necessary for people．In our country，the overall level of information literacy of citizens is not high，especially that of the elderly residents，so they are in a disadvantageous position in obtaining and processing information，as well as in solving problems in terms of health and life by making use of information．Shangjing community of Longgang District in the city of Shenzhen started running “Computer Classes for Oldsters” in 2005，which was welcomed hy elderly residents of the community．After several years of management，they accumulated lots of experience that is profitable for the engagement in cultivating and enhancing information literacy of the public and particularly the elderly residents．
