      Through comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign cases，it is clear that “Sci-Tech Daily” and other mainstream sci-tech media have also inherent agenda settings，which embod the Chinese government guidance in its sci-tech policies，and assist people to improve their scientific literacy and to develop positive view of mainstream values of science and technology．Under the new circumstances，how to produce agenda settings in a better way will be a new topic．
