      Does the difference of science communication (SC) and technology communication (TC) lie in the contents of science or technology? The author reviews the meanings and characteristics of SC and TC，and believes that the difference does not lie in the contents of science or technology，but in the goals and the tasks，the role of technology，the key knowledge flow，the target groups，and the communication channels．
