      在科技馆建设得到迅速发展的今天，如何提高管理水平、展教水平、服务水平，更好地满足社会公众的科普需求，就成为科技馆急需思考和解决的问题。本文借鉴国内外企事业单位实施知识管理的经验，以中国科技馆为例，分析了其知识管理的现状与存在的问题，论证了中国科技馆实施知识管理的必要性和紧迫性，在此基础上，提出了中国科技馆知识管理系统的构架，探讨了中国科技馆实施知识管理获得成功的关键与难点。

英文摘要:

      Nowadays，in the rapid development of construction of science and technology museums，it is becoming urgent for science and technology museums to enhance their ability of management and to improve exhibition design，education and service in order to meet the demands of people for better science popularization．Referring to the experience of enterprises and NGOs in using Knowledge Management (KM) ，this paper proposes that science and technology museum，such as China Science and Technology Museum (CSTM) ，should implement KM so as to fulfill their mission better．Taking CSTM as an example，this article discusses the current situation with the museum and the problems in its KM，analyses the necessity for CSTM to carry out KM，puts forward framework of KM system for CSTM，and explores the success and difficulty in the process of CSTM's application of KM．
