      This paper is intended to give analyses to the two problems of science popularization works on the internet：absence of originality and neglect of copyright，as well as what's the originality of science popularization works，why it's absent on the internet，and how to make it available in the author's opinion．The awareness of copyright protection should be strengthened for the coming of enrichment of science writing on the internet．
