      Popularization of scientific and technological resources is an important project with profound significance which needs qualified personnel of science communication to act as the link between resources and their popularizing outreach. Capability of science communication is different from capability of scientific research. The lack of qualified personnel has become the bottleneck of both popularization of scientific and technological resources and science communication. Training of such professionals needs social and cultural foundation, development of social environment, support from policies and departments concerned, and correlative researches and work plans as well.
