      The work of Chinese Civic Scientific Literacy Survey should have a proper set of values and methodologies if it would continue. The monitoring and assessing of Chinese Civic Scientific Literacy Survey should be meaningful a helpful toward the practical work，constructing a working system for Chinese civic scientific literacy based upon with our own features, and dealing with the relationships between civic scientific literacy and science popularization，social practice and social responsibility.
