      The educational concepts of world leading science and technology museums remain basically consistent，which is an ideological system naturally formed and constantly enriched by the founders and the experts of the science and technology museums，with the core of an advanced educational thought based on openness and public. The educational concepts include hands-on operation， first-hand experience， interaction and so forth， all focus on free choice and autonomous learning. Education based on permanent exhibitions is in well accord with the concepts above and therefore has become a landmark and uppermost educational form. These fundamental educational concepts should be adhered to education based on permanent exhibitions for science and technology museums.
