      科普产业发展过程中最为核心的资源是人才，人才匮乏已经成为我国科普产业发展的瓶颈。而科学共同体正是掌握着各类科学知识和技术手段，具备较高科学素养，本身又从事科技研发、管理、服务等相关工作的创新型人才群体。因此，科学共同体理应在科普产业的发展过程中扮演不可或缺的重要角色，发挥必不可少的关键作用。归纳而言，这种重要角色可分为参与性角色（知识内容的创造者，技术手段的革新者，制度规范的制定者） 和支撑性角色（舆论的宣传者，人才的补给者，要素的配置者）；关键作用包括了建设性作用（引导内容创 新，推动形式创新，促进制度创新） 和保障性作用（传统观念转变，新型人才供给，开放市场协作）。

英文摘要:

      Talents are the most important resource in the development of popular science industry，while the shortage of talents has became a bottleneck to its development. Scientific community， as an innovative talent group， who masters abundant knowledge and engage in the research and management of science and technology，should play important roles and have great effects in popular science industry. Generally speaking，scientific community mainly plays two roles which include the role of participating (creator of knowledge content，innovator of technological means and policy makers) and the role of sustainability （communicator of consensus，transporter of talents and distributor of resource）；in addition，two kind of effects，which are correspondingly performed by the roles，include constructive effect (leading innovations of popular science in three areas：content，form and institution） and affordable effect （shifting traditional attitudes，supplying new-type talents and opening market corporation） .
