      在我国总体科研水平不断提升的同时，对于公众而言，众多科研项目最终以论文、专利、技术报告 等只有领域内少数专家学者才能理解的形式束之高阁，导致了我国科研与科普长期处于非对称倾斜式发展的 态势，国民科学素质水平并未得到明显改善。本文系统分析了我国科研项目科普化面临的主要问题，总结了 发达国家科研项目科普化的经验与启示，在此基础上提出了促进我国科研项目科普化的对策及有关建议。

英文摘要:

      Although China’s overall S&T level keeps rising，many achievements of its research projects are shelved as papers，patents or technical reports that can only be understood by a few experts，leading to an unbalanced development between scientific research and science popularization and making undue contributions to the improvement of scientific literacy of Chinese people. In this paper，the authors make a systematic analysis of major challenges facing the popularization of the findings of scientific research projects， draw lessons from advanced countries in this regard， and offer policy recommendations for promoting science popularization of research projects in China.
