      大科学装置是科技创新和经济社会发展的基石和重要保障，大科学装置研究不仅具有重要的科研意义，也有重要的社会意义和重大战略意义。提高大科学装置综合利用效率并充分挖掘开发其科普功能应成为科普工作的重点。本文主要以日本和中国台湾地区的加速器这类大科学装置为例，探讨了如何开发与合理利用大科学装置 的科普功能。

英文摘要:

      The large scientific facility is the foundation and important guarantee both for science technology innovation and economic social development. Study of large scientific facilities holds great significance not only for scientific research，but for society and strategic direction as well. It is a key concern in science communication to improve the multipurpose use of large scientific facilities and better develop their systematic effectiveness. Based on a case study of the accelerators in Japan and Taiwan area，we discuss in this paper on how to exploit and make better use of the large science facilities in science popularization.
