      Thanks to the fact that -the contemporary science communication places, more and more emphasis on interactive and democratic equality， and emerges as the“ new public welfare”， and that NGO embodies the characteristics of “grassroots”and “public welfare”，there has been infinite potential for its future development and improvements.
