      促进博物馆有效运营的手段之一就是在博物馆之间以及博物馆与其他机构之间开展合作，加强组织之间资源的共建共享，从而提升博物馆的影响力和竞争力。本研究对国际知名博物馆开展对外合作的模式进行分析，并总结了基于收藏、研究、展览、教育以及员工培训而开展博物馆合作的特点，最后总结出博物馆之间需加强馆际交流，扩大视野，需要根据合作对象的不同采取有针对性的合作策略，同时还得出博物馆应当避免成为合作方附庸的结论。

      Abstract：One effect way of operating a museum is to cooperate with other museums or organizations. It can not only help strengthen the co-construction and share resources，but also raise influence and competitiveness.This paper makes a deep analysis on some examples of famous museums’cooperation and summarizes characteristics of different cooperation modes based on collecting，research，exhibition，education and staff training. On the basis of the study，some inspiration has been got.1.Museums should pay attention to cooperate with other organizations.2.Museums should take different effects according to different cooperative partners.3.Museums should be active in cooperation.
