      社区科学教育作为一种新型的教育观，是促进美国经济发展的有效策略，也是美国高等教育的一种教育改革创新体系。美国社区的科学教育理念，包括开放式入学，科学教育均衡普惠；实用型课程，科学教育纵通横拓；复合型范式，科学教育资源共享；个性化特色，科学教育彰显个性。在阐释其核心理念的基础上，将美国社区科学教育成功模式划分为自行组织的办学模式、紧绕市场的课程模式、分散扁平的管理模式、注重能力的评价模式等四个维度并对其分别进行深入地分析与探讨。

英文摘要:

      the development situation of SPI from four sides，which are overall condition， business activity, finance conditions and of the economy. And it is also a kind of education reform innovation of American higher education system. The science ofAmerican community education concept is composed of opening enrollment， science education balanced； international curriculum science education continuous horizontal extension; composite paradigm, scientific education resource sharing； personalized features，and reveal personality science education. On the basis of the core idea，the American community science education mode is divided into four dimensions which are self-organized mode，tightly around the market course mode，dispersion flat management mode，paying attention to the evaluation model，and paying attention to the evaluation mode.
