      本文通过问卷、深度访谈和专家咨询方法，调查科研人员参与科普的动机和激励需求、科普积 极性的影响因素等等，分析激励科研人员参与科普所面对的问题，探讨科普激励政策。调研显示，单位 对科普活动的重视和组织、对参与科普人员在考评尤其是职称晋升方面的具体鼓励政策等对科研人员的 科普积极性影响大。存在的突出问题有：科普工作在个人考评中得不到有效认可、针对科研机构的科普 工作评价机制及科普项目评价机制不完善等。所以，应提升科学共同体对科普责任和功能的认识，完善 对科研机构科普工作的评价机制，建立科普项目评价激励机制，加强对参与科普的科研机构及人员的正 面激励，加大科普奖励的力度和范围。

英文摘要:

      In this paper，questionnaire survey，in-depth interview and expert consultation method are used to study the motives，incentives，initiatives and influential factors of Chinese scientific researchers’participation in science popularization，analyze the current issues and discuss the incentive policy on science popularization. The research shows that the main influential factors of the incentives for scientific researchers to popularize science are“the institution’s valuation and organization of science popularization events”and“the specific incentive policies for scientific researchers on their evaluation criterion and promotion of professional title”. The catchiest problems in existence are：performances of science popularization are not effectively weighed by the individual evaluation criterion；the evaluation mechanism on scientific institutions of their performances and projects of science popularization is deficient. Efforts shall be made to promote the understanding of the responsibilities and functions of science popularization for scientific communities，improve the evaluation system for scientific researchers to popularize science，establish an incentive mechanism for the evaluation of science popularization projects，strengthen the positive incentives for institutions and individuals participating in science popularization，and increase the intensity and scope of science popularization awarding.
