      短篇科幻小说《地火》是典型的煤矿题材作品，作家以煤的地下气化开采为故事发展主线，运 用现实主义创作手法表现自然灾害、技术进步和人类生存等宏大主题。作家善用比喻、对比修辞手法以 及“密集叙事”“时间跳跃”叙事手法，使得作品虽以科技为内核却文学色彩不减。作品既热情赞颂科 学理想，也冷静批判盲目非理性。

英文摘要:

      Underground Fire ，a short science fiction，is a typical coal-mining theme literature work. The story is illustrated based on the underground gasification，realism creation method is applied to give an expression of grand themes about natural disasters，technological progress and human survival in this work. The using of rhetoric devices，（such as metaphor and comparison）as well as the using of narrative techniques（such as intensive narrative and time jump）are the main writing features in this work，that significantly enhances the literary flavor of this science fiction. This work does not only eulogize scientific ideal，but also fairly criticize blindness and non-rationality.
