基于行动者网络分析的科普产业发展要素研究——对全国首家民营科技馆的个案分析

      行动者网络理论不仅从科学与社会互动的视角成功解释了技术进化的动力机制，而且对产业发展也 具有较好的解释力。通过对国内首家民营科技馆进行个案研究发现，公众科普需求没有得到有效激发是科普 产业发展滞后的重要原因。此外，科普项目产业化的发起者无法基于“共同的利益空间”构建稳定的联盟关 系，制约了整个产业链配套产业的协同发展。制定明确的科普产业扶持政策，重点培育科普产业的核心企业 的网络链接和成员吸纳能力，激活公众的科普需求，更有利于科普产业的培育。

英文摘要:

      The Actor Network Theory not only successfully explains the dynamic mechanism of technological evolution from the interaction perspective of science and society, but also has good explanatory power for industry development issue. A case study of first privately-run science and technology museum of China by the actor network analysis shows that insufficient demand is the key factor for the development of science popularization industry. In addition, the initiator of the industrialization failed to build a stable alliance based on“common interest”，which affects the coordinated development of the supported industries in the whole industrial chain. Establishing preferential industrial policy，increasing the core enterprises of science popularization industry to intensify the capacity of network construction and partner absorption，as well as stimulating market demand contribute to the science popularization industry development.
