      通过对相关书籍和大众报刊的考察，分析并讨论了民国时期尤其是新生活运动期间家庭卫生观念与 知识的传播和普及状况；发现传播的主体主要是具有西医背景的医师和相关医疗卫生机构，传播的内容多以 西方细菌学、生理解剖学、微生物学、营养学等为基础，其目标在于通过更新和变革时人的家庭卫生观念与 知识，推动国人家庭生活逐渐实现科学化和现代化，最终实现国家的强盛和现代化发展。

英文摘要:

      Through an investigation of relevant books and popular newspapers，the paper analyzes and discusses the dissemination and popularization of home sanitation concept and knowledge during the Republic of China，especially during the New Life Movement. It found that the main disseminators are doctors with western medical background；The relevant guidances about home sanitation are mostly based on bacteriology，physiological anatomy，microbiology and nutrition，etc；The aim of such spreading is to make people’s family life more scientific，and eventually to realize prosperity and modernization for the country.
