      在考察国家政策、法律法规等重要文本、具体科普实践和理论界学术研究文献的基础上，对新中国 成立以来我国城市社区科普的发展脉络进行历史梳理，尝试揭示其在科普理念、组织建设、科普内容、科普 方式与手段等方面的发展和变化，总结 70 年来我国社区科普历史变化特点，为新时期我国社区科普工作的开 展提供参考。

      On the basis of investigation of important texts such as national policies，laws and regulations，practical materials of popular science and academic research literature，this paper reviews the development of science popularization in urban communities in China since 1949. It tries to reveal the development and changes of the concept，organization, content，methods and means of science popularization in urban communities，and summarizes the features of these changes in the past 70 years. It could provide references for the development of science popularization in urban communities in the new era.
