      以新冠肺炎疫情中全民科普需求高涨、传播信息场域复杂的应急科普工作考察为基础，探讨应急科 普应该具备的核心特征与适合当代中国的运行机制。重点探讨中国科协作为“科技工作者之家”，同时也是 “科普工作者之家”在新冠肺炎疫情应急科普中的作用发挥，并从机制建设、资源统筹、权威科普平台搭建等 方面提出了加强应急科普体系建设的建议方案。

      In the course of combating novel coronavirus pneumonia，emergency science popularization faces high public demand under complex information dissemination environment. Based on the practice of emergency science popularization during the period, the core characteristics and suitable operation mechanism of emergency science popularization in China are discussed, and the role played by China Association for Science and Technology（CAST，which is considered as the home of scientists and technologists as well as the home of science popularization workers）is analyzed in this paper. In the end, suggestions on improving emergency science popularization system are put forward from different perspectives of mechanism construction, resource integration, and establishment of authoritative communication platforms.
