科技馆是重要的科普基础设施,对科技馆的科学评价,有利于促进科技馆整体发展水平的提升。
通过建立一套完整的科技馆综合评价指标体系,包括基础保障、运营绩效、社会影响3 个一级指标18 个三
级指标,并利用全国科普统计的数据和采自网络的大数据,对全国的科技馆进行了评价实践。评价结果表
明,特大型、大型科技馆表现优异,少数小型科技馆绩效突出;我国各地区科技馆发展程度差异性较为明
显,东部地区优势明显;科技馆仍需加强网络运营,利用网络技术手段,扩大科技馆的社会影响。 |

Science and technology museums are important science infrastructures. The evaluation is
conducive to promoting the overall development of the science and technology museums. This paper
establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for science and technology museums,including
18 third-level indicators from 3 aspects of basic investment, operation performance and social impact.
By using the data of national science popularization statistics and big data collected from the network,
it obtained,for first time,the comprehensive evaluation ranking of the national science and technology
museums. The evaluation results show that the large and super large science and technology museums
perform well,and the performance of a few small science and technology museums is outstanding.
The difference of development of science and technology museums in various regions of China is more
obvious,and the advantages in the eastern region are obvious. The science and technology museums still
need to use network technology to expand their social impact. |
