      基于2001—2020 年中国公民科学素质调查数据，描述了中国公民对科学技术的态度特征和变化趋 势，总体来看，中国公民对科学技术的态度积极且不乏理性，并崇尚科学技术职业。结合公民对科学技术 态度的国际比较，从态度视角探讨了未来15 年中国公民科学素质建设所面临的新形势。

英文摘要:

      Based on the survey of Chinese civic scientific literacy from 2001 to 2020，this paper described the characteristics and trend of Chinese citizens’attitudes towards science and technology. At this stage，Chinese citizens are optimistic，positive and rational towards science and technology，and professions in science and technology is highly respected and expected. Combined with the international comparison of citizens’ attitudes towards science and technology，this paper discusses the new demands of civic scientific literacy construction in China in the next 15 years from the perspective of attitude.
