      运用SWOT 分析法，对当前内外部环境给中国高校博物馆科普工作带来的机遇和挑战进行分析， 发现高校博物馆具有藏品资源、科研力量、人才队伍及在地化科普资源等优势，但也存在科研成果科普化水 平不足、缺乏完善的志愿者团队和管理制度等问题，同时面临科普媒体冲击、公众舆论环境不良影响等挑战。 提出建立高校博物馆科普工作发展战略矩阵，为进一步提高高校博物馆的综合科普能力提供新的发展思路。

英文摘要:

      SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the opportunities and challenges brought by the current internal and external environment to the science popularization of university museums in China. It suggests that the university museums have strengths in collection resources， scientific research strength， talent team and local science popularization resources， and weaknesses in lack of popularization of scientific research achievements，perfect volunteer team and management system. At the same time， university museums are facing the impact of popular science media，adverse impact of public opinion environment and other challenges. For this purpose，this paper puts forward the development strategy matrix of science popularization work in university museums and provides a new development idea for the further improvement of comprehensive science popularization ability of university museums.
