      新时代我国科普事业的发展需要高质量科普人才的支撑，高层次科普人才培养是提升我国科普 人才队伍质量的重要手段之一。基于对我国高层次科普人才培养存在问题的分析，发现缺乏专业硕士学位 是严重制约高层次科普人才培养的重要因素，指出设立科普专业硕士学位是落实《科学素质纲要（2021— 2035 年）》的重要举措，同时提出设立科普专业硕士学位的具体建议。

英文摘要:

      The development of science popularization calls for high-quality science popularization talents, the cultivation of which is an important way to improve this task force. Based on diagnosis of problems in this cultivation, this paper points out that lack of an academic degree of science popularization consititutes a serious restriction. The paper states that establishing such an academic degree is important for the implementation of Outline of the National Scheme for Scientific Literacy (2021–2035), and makes specific suggestions on the establishment of an academic degree in science popularization.
