      科普社会化协同为科普发展提供了新的思路。本研究基于行动者网络理论对科普主体、机制及“转 译”过程进行系统刻画，分析科普主体开展协同科普工作时的法律法规桎梏，提出明确科普主体科普责任、 共享科普资源、开展科普评价等法治保障建议。

      Science popularization social collaboration has brought new ideas to the science popularization development path. This paper systematically describes the subject，mechanism and“translation”process of science popularization，analyzes the shackles of laws and regulations when subjects of science popularization carry out collaborative science popularization work，and proposes ideas of revising the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology，by clarifying the subjects’responsibility of science popularization，sharing science popularization resources，and carrying out science popularization evaluation.
