      进入新时代，如何在科普法治的视角下理解科学家的科普责任、科学共同体如何有效践行科普责任 等问题越来越受到科学界、政府乃至全社会的广泛关注和重视。本文总结了科学共同体科普责任的概念及特 征，追溯了历史上科学共同体科普责任的产生与演变，构建了科学共同体科普责任的体系与内涵，研判了新 时代科普法治背景下科学共同体科普面临的形势与挑战，并对加强科学共同体科普责任建设提出了相关建议。

英文摘要:

      In the new era，understanding scientists’science popularization responsibility from the perspective of science popularization and rule of law and how to effectively practice science popularization responsibility in the scientific community has attracted more and more attention from the scientific community，and the government and even the whole society. This paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of science popularization responsibility of scientific community，traces the emergence and evolution of science popularization responsibility of the scientific community in history，constructs the system and connotation of science popularization responsibility of the scientific community，studies and judges the situation and challenges faced by science popularization of the scientific community under the background of science popularization rule of law in the new era，and puts forward relevant suggestions on strengthening the construction of science popularization responsibility of the scientific community.
