      发展科普事业是实现中国式现代化的要求，科普提升公民科学素质为实现中国式现代化提供支撑。 本文梳理了百年征程中党领导科普赋能中国式现代化的历史逻辑；提出科普坚持人民性、突出引领性、注重 科学性、赋予时代性、把握融合性、拓展开放性，赋能中国式现代化的理论逻辑；指出在进一步加强国家科 普能力建设、提升公民科学素质和丰富人民精神世界等方面开展科普工作，助力以中国式现代化奋力推进中 华民族伟大复兴的实践逻辑。

英文摘要:

      The development of science popularization is a requirement for achieving and supporting the Chinese path to modernization. The development course of science popularization is also tied to the modernization of science popularization，which is a key component of the Chinese path to modernization. This paper systematically analyzed the historical and theoretical logics behind the modernization of science popularization. In addition，it proposed suggestions to building national science popularization capabilities，enhancing the foundation for high level self-reliance and strength in science and technology，enriching people’s cultural experience，and empowering people’s will to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
