      依托现代信息技术的开放科学给当今科学发展带来了全新变革，也冲击和挑战着科学普及的传统模式。开放科学凭借技术化的优势和数字化的特点，不仅使社会公众能够更便捷地获取科学技术知识，而且也能够介入到科研活动的不同环节，成为科研活动的重要参与者。开放科学为科学普及的转型升级提供了更具开放性、包容性、多元化的发展空间与难得机遇，与此同时，也使当代科普工作面临科普参与主体拓展、科学家与公众需要建立新型关系的突出挑战。在开放科学条件下推进科普事业的发展，需要进一步强化科学家责任、提升公民数字技能和素养，提高科普技术能力，这样才能实现开放科学与科学普及的协同发展。

英文摘要:

      Open science based on modern information technology has brought new changes to the development of science today and has also impacted the traditional model of science popularization. With the advantages of technology and digitalization, open science enables the public to access scientific and technological knowledge more conveniently, also to intervene in different aspects of scientific research activities and finally become an important participant in scientific research activities. Open science provides a more open, free and diversified development space for the transformation and upgrading of science popularization. At the same time, it also makes the contemporary science popularization work face the outstanding challenges of expanding the participating subjects of science popularization and the need to establish a new relationship between scientists and the public. To promote the development of science popularization under the conditions of open science, it is necessary to further strengthen the responsibility of scientists, improve the digital skills and literacy of citizens, and enhance the technical ability of science popularization, to achieve the synergistic development of open science and science popularization.
