      农村科普供需结构的优化是农村科普实践良好发育的关键。在全面推进乡村振兴背景下,现代化 农业产业快速发展,新型农业组织与新型农民对科普产生了大量新需求,这对现阶段以传统供给模式运作 的农村科普工作体系带来了很大的挑战。本文基于前期深度的乡村调研及驻村访谈,总结了当前农村科普 显著的四大新需求方向:新人才需求、新平台需求、新资源需求以及新机制需求。从农村科普的供需模式 出发,探究其供需匹配现状及主要影响因素,提出深化科技特派员制度、建立社会化协同科普服务平台、 重视基层科技示范以及因地制宜构建特色科普机制四条下一步值得关注的优化路径。
英文摘要:
      Optimizing the supply and demand structure of rural science popularization is the key to the good development of rural science popularization practice. In the context of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,modern agricultural industries are developing rapidly,and new agricultural organizations and new farmers have generated a lot of new demands for science popularization,which poses a strong challenge to the rural science popularization work system operating in the traditional supply mode at this stage. Based on the preliminary in-depth rural research and village-based interviews,this paper summarizes the four major new demand directions of rural science popularization:talent,platform, resource,and mechanism demand. From the supply and demand model of rural science popularization,we explore the current situation of its supply and demand matching and the main influencing factors and propose four optimization paths worthy of attention in the next step,such as deepening the science and technology commissioner system,establishing a socialized collaborative science popularization service platform, attaching importance to grassroots science and technology demonstration,and building a characteristic science popularization mechanism according to local conditions.
