      高校教师拥有教育者和科研工作者的双重角色,在科学知识普及中可以发挥独具优势的作用。为 探究哪些因素制约高校教师进行科普,从而达到激励他们的目的,本文在总结现有研究中高校教师参与科 普的路径和科普意愿激励要素的基础上,提出了工作环境、科普资源、个人成本和满足感激励对高校教师 科普意愿产生影响的假设,通过邮件调查和偶遇调查对北京市海淀区学院路八大高校所属国家重点实验室 的94 位老师进行了问卷调查以获得分析数据,并使用多元线性回归分析对假设进行了验证。研究结果发现, 对于高校教师的科普意愿,科普资源可以产生正向显著影响,个人成本能够产生负向显著影响,工作环境 和满足感激励不产生显著影响。为此,提出加大科普投入、构建科普激励机制和开发高校科普资源等建议。
英文摘要:
      As the dual roles of educators and researchers,university teachers can play a unique position in popularizing scientific knowledge. This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of university teachers’willingness to popularize science to achieve the purpose of motivating them. Based on summarizing the path of college teachers’participation in science popularization and the incentive elements of science popularization willingness in the existing research,it puts forward the hypothesis that the working environment,science popularization resources,personal cost and satisfaction incentive will influence college teachers’willingness to popularize science. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 94 teachers from the state key laboratories of eight universities on Xueyuan Road through the mail survey and the accidental sampling survey. The hypothesis was verified using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that science popularization resources can have a positive significant impact,personal costs can have a negative significant impact,and working environment and satisfaction incentives do not significantly impact university teachers’willingness to popularize science education. This paper provides informative suggestions to enhance the willingness of university teachers to popularize science from increasing investment in science popularization,constructing incentive mechanisms for science popularization and developing resources for science popularization in universities.
