      本文简要介绍数字化转型的内涵，对博物馆、科技馆数字化转型研究进行了梳理，总结了科技馆数字化转型的困难，指出转型最大难题是与“人”有关的问题。在此基础上，提出科技馆数字化转型的5步路径，即规划、认知、试点、方案、落地，强调首席信息官、数字化转型团队、职能部门及全体员工在数字化转型过程中的任务与作用，重点阐述了数字化转型方案中业务转型与组织转型的方法与关系，指出数字化转型要建立数据资产概念并用数据驱动变革。

英文摘要:

      This paper briefly introduces the connotation of Digital transformation，sorts out the research on Digital transformation of museums and science and technology museums，summarizes the difficulties of Digital transformation in science and technology museums，and points out that the biggest problem of transformation is related to“person”. On this basis，digital transformation paths in science and technology museums were proposed，namely，planning，cognition，pilot work，scheme and implementation，emphasizing the tasks and roles of the chief information officer，digital transformation team，functional departments and all employees，and focusing on the methods and relations between business and organization transformation. It also points out that digital transformation should establish the concept of data assets and use data to drive reform.
