      科技特色高中作为推进科学教育改革的重要抓手,在青少年科学素质提升、科技创新人才培养方面扮演着关键角色。本文通过梳理国内科技特色高中的发展脉络,从政策支持、建设规模、社会参与和人才培养成效四个角度讨论了当前建设状况。本文认为,在当前国内科技特色高中的建设中,存在着功利本位、教学僵化、师资薄弱等问题。本文进一步搜集整理了新时代科技特色高中建设赋能创新型人才培养的典型案例,通过剖析和讨论,提出我国科技特色高中建设的优化路径,一是坚守正确教育方向,引导科技特色高中建设从“专才化”走向“通才化”;二是将科技教育作为“共生因子”融入学校教育生态系统,走向和谐共生;三是聚焦专业素养,从供给侧和需求侧兼顾科技教师队伍建设。
英文摘要:
      As an important approach in promoting science education reform,China’s science and technology characteristic high schools play a crucial role in improving the scientific literacy of teenagers and cultivating scientific and technological innovation talents. This research organizes the development of domestic science and technology characteristic high schools. It discusses its construction status from four perspectives: policy support,construction scale,social participation and talent training effect. This research holds that in the current situation,there are problems such as utilitarianism,rigid teaching,and weak teachers. In addition to the typical practice in China’s construction practice,it is proposed that the construction of China’s science and technology characteristic high schools should stick to the correct educational direction and pay attention to the general orientation of basic education. Promoting the integration of science and technology education concepts and teaching practices,optimizing the establishment of teacher standards and the design of training content.
