      科技特色高中是科技教育在基础教育阶段的重要组成部分,承担着科技创新后备人才培养的重要任务。本文以美国、新加坡和日本为例,通过搜集相关政策与文献,并进行深入分析,以探讨国际科技特色高中建设的政策布局与实施路径。研究结果表明,各国通过教育政策为科技特色高中建设提供明确的指导和支持,同时各类型科技特色高中依托自身特色,致力于为所有学生提供学习科技与工程的机会,培养科技创新后备人才。基于上述研究结果,本文建议在推进科技特色高中建设时建立科学、严密、高效的质量保障机制:宏观决策上制定支撑强国战略的发展蓝图,中观执行上构建面向科技创新后备人才培养的支持体系,微观监控上实施分类考核、凸显特色的教育质量评估。
英文摘要:
      Science and technology characteristic high schools play a crucial role in science education by cultivating future talents in technological innovation. This study aims to explore the policy layout and implementation paths of international science and technology characteristic high schools,using the examples of the United States,Singapore,and Japan. Through collecting relevant policies and literature and conducting in-depth analysis,the research findings indicate that these countries provide clear guidance and support for constructing science and technology characteristic high schools through educational policies. Additionally,different types of science and technology distinctive high schools,based on their characteristics,are committed to providing all students with opportunities for science and engineering learning,thereby nurturing reserve talents for scientific and technological innovation. Based on the research results,the study suggested establishing a scientific,rigorous,and efficient quality assurance mechanism when promoting the construction of science and technology characteristic high schools: at the macro level,formulate a development blueprint that supports the strategy of strengthening the country;at the meso level,build a support system for the cultivation of reserve talents for scientific and technological innovation; at the micro level,implement classification assessment and highlight characteristic education quality evaluation.
