      本文从化学科普的重要性和独特性出发，结合作者多年来开展化学科普的经验，阐述了化学作为现代科学中心的本质特征和根本任务，在对化学科普典型实践案例进行分析的基础上，提出化学科普高质量发展的建议，以期为化学科技工作者从事化学科普工作提供新视角，同时也为高水平科技自立自强背景下化学科普工作的创新发展提供新思路。

英文摘要:

      Starting from the importance and uniqueness of chemical science popularization，and combined with years of experience in promoting chemical science popularization，the article explains the essential characteristics and fundamental tasks of chemistry as the center of modern science. Based on the analysis of typical practice cases of chemical science popularization，the article proposes suggestions for high-quality development of chemical science popularization. The article aims to provide new perspectives for chemists engaged in chemical science popularization and also providie fresh ideas for innovative development of chemical science popularization work in the context of sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels.
