| 科技成果科普化是落实“科技创新与科学普及同等重要”战略的重要举措,也是破解全民科学素质提升瓶颈的关键抓手。本文以中国科技馆首批次首台(套)科技成果科普转化展品研发为案例,系统探究科技成果科普化的实践逻辑与协同机制。研究表明,通过“资源汇聚—原位转化—示范应用—反馈迭代”四阶段实践路径,实现了展品转化周期缩短、公众核心科技原理理解率提升的积极成效;其核心创新在于融合协同治理、科技成果转化与建构主义三大理论,构建了科学家、科技馆、企业(三方协同机制,配套制度、资源、激励三位一体保障体系,有效破解了主体协同乏力、流程机制薄弱、供需错位等行业难题。该实践既形成了科普科研双向促进的多元价值格局,又为我国科技成果科普化提供了可复制的实践范式与系统性理论支撑,助力打通从实验室到公众的传播链条。 |

| The popularization of scientific and technological achievements is an important measure to implement the strategy of "equal importance of scientific innovation and popularization of science", and it is also a key lever to break through the bottleneck of improving the scientific literacy of the whole nation. This article takes the research and development of the first batch (set) of science and technology popularization and transformation exhibits at the China Science and Technology Museum as a case study, systematically exploring the practical logic and collaborative mechanism of science and technology popularization. Research has shown that through the four stage practice path of "resource aggregation in situ transformation demonstration application feedback iteration", positive results have been achieved in shortening the exhibition conversion cycle and improving the public"s understanding of core scientific and technological principles; Its core innovation lies in the integration of three major theories: collaborative governance, technology transfer, and constructivism. It has established a tripartite collaborative mechanism among scientists, science museums, and enterprises, as well as a three in one guarantee system of supporting systems, resources, and incentives, effectively solving industry problems such as weak subject collaboration, weak process mechanisms, and supply-demand imbalances. This practice has not only formed a diversified value pattern of two-way promotion of science popularization and research, but also provided replicable practical paradigms and systematic theoretical support for the popularization of scientific and technological achievements in China, helping to connect the communication chain from laboratories to the public. |
