      本文首先论证了全国科普教育基地加强人才队伍建设的重要意义，然后以186个全国科普教育基地现状调查为依据，从基地人员岗位设置、学历结构、人员素质培养、人才缺口、人才培训等方面全面介绍了全国科普教育基地人才队伍建设现状，并从未来科普发展趋势出发，进一步提出若干基地人才发展策略。

英文摘要:

      Firstly，the article analyzes the importance of talents team building of the national popular science base．Secondly，based on the survey of the 186 national popular science bases，it introduces the status of these bases’talents team building comprehensively from the aspects of personnel's post setting, the construction of education level, the cultivation of personnel’s literacy，talents'gap，talents'training, and so on．Lastly，the article points out several developmental strategies of talents basing on the future developmental tendency of science popularization．
