      本文依托中国科技馆馆内课题《基于展项的网络教育平台》，重点对网络教育平台开发的具体措施进行研究。本文充分考虑国内外教育活动现状，以学习动机论和情境教育理念为指导思想，以激发、满足观众需求为出发点，提出分阶段的网络教育平台建设措施，以期提升中国科技馆的教育活动水平并对国内科技馆的科普教育起到一定借鉴作用。

英文摘要:

      This essay considers different factors such as the necessity and feasibility of carry out education activities both at home and abroad. Theories on motivation and environment of learning are also discussed. Furthermore, it put forward many constructive ideas for the network education platform in order to enhance the level of science education of CSTM, which could provide some advice for other local science centers in China.
