      Starting from the basic characteristics of animation & cartoon，combined with the development of domestic animation industry experience，it shows that the overall development of popular science animation industry status and development prospects. China has so far established the mechanism to integrate popular science audio-visual（video and animation）undertaking and commercial industry，therefore it also gives some suggestions on marketlization and professionalization.
