      社区科普目前所存在的问题，很大程度是“居民客体化”模型实施的结果，因此，科普思想由“居民客体化”向“居民主体化”转变，是从深层次上消解社区科普问题的先决条件。科普思想转变，首先要求科普工作者积极主动地转变科普观念，其次要培养社区居民的科普主体意识，最后需要构建信息流通顺畅的网络体系。

      At present, the problems in the practicing of science and technology popularization in community are mostly result from the popularization model“residents objectification”，therefore, the thoughts shifting from“residents objectification”to “residents subjectivation”of science and technology popularization is the preconditions for solving problems. The thoughts shifting，firstly needs is the staffs of science and technology popularization change their science and technology popularization thoughts，secondly to foster the residents’subject consciousness，and lastly to set up the network architecture to ensure information flowing smoothly.
