      在年轻人对于理科学习日益疏远的社会现实背景下,2005年,日本学术会议发起了《科学技术的智慧》计划。以北原和夫为首,来自七大领域的150名科学研究相关人员立足于日本的科学技术的现状与传统文化,勾勒出所有日本人应该共有的科学技术基础素养的框架结构并据此制成了报告书。该框架如今不仅用于设置中小学校理科教育的课程大纲之中,并且也成为社会中大众科学教育(科学馆、科学展等)的指导方针。
英文摘要:
      With the context that young people are gradually unwilling to study science,Pr. Kitahara Kazuo conducted more than 150 scientists,science communicators,educators and industry people in 2005 to clarify the basic knowledge,skill and concepts of science and technology. Afterwards,they made a report named Scientific Literacy for All Japanese. Their report laid not only the basic framework for quality assurance of secondary and high education,but also the guide line for the public science education including science museums and science exhibitions.
