      The originality of exhibits is a hot topic receiving great attention among national sci-tech museums. By analyzing the status quo of research & development and originality of the science and technology museum exhibits，this essay reveals the relevant factors that restrict the originality of the sci-tech museum exhibits，carries out analyses and discussions of the source paths of the innovated sci-tech museum exhibits，and makes suggestions of advancing the originality of the exhibits.
