上海科技馆彩虹儿童乐园工程建设管理初探

      彩虹儿童乐园是上海科技馆建馆八年后首次实施的大规模常设展区更新改造项目，于2010年7月建成对外试开放，其先进的儿童展示教育理念，大量集趣味性、互动性和前沿性为一体的展示手段，深受公众和孩子们的喜爱，也获得国内外同行的一致好评。本文通过对彩虹儿童乐园工程建设历程的回顾，分析整建制展区改造建设管理的模式及特点，提出更新改造项目管理中需思考的问题，为提升科技馆更新改造工作管理水平提供借鉴。

英文摘要:

      Children’s Rainbow Land is the first integral construction project after the setting up of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. This area is open to the public in the July of 2010. The advanced education concept， interesting and interactive ways of exhibits attract lots of public；also win high evaluation from the national and international science museums. This paper will review the process of construction of this project，analyze the model and trait of the management，and raise the question need to be considered during the reconstruction. These thinking could provide experience for reconstruction of other science museums.
