      mayilin was a engineer and a writer on science literature in the former Soviet Union. In 鬲剌仡刳剡’s mind，it was his own responsibility to develop science literature，and he wrote many works on science literature which had international effects. He also did good research on the theory of science literature. 鬲剌仡刳剡often emphasized two basic points on writing popular science：the first is doing best to fully understand science，and the second is the works must have certain degree literariness. So，the writer must pay attention to the literature. Today，the ideas of 鬲剌仡刳剡are still quite right，and must insist on the process of writing an article or a book on popular science.
