      一般认为，中国社会在近现代才有科学普及活动，科普创作也不会早于此时。因此，1804 年刊行的《医学三字经》无“科普作品”之名，但据现代科普作品定义，结合《医学三字经》的创作目的、内容特点、受众对象和流通范围，及其推动中医学科学知识普及教育的效果，我们认为《医学三字经》有“科普作品”之实，挖掘其科普 内涵，有助于今人管窥历史上的中医科普情况。

英文摘要:

      Generally speaking，It was not until Chinese society came to modern times that there have been a scientific popularization activities，Popular Science Writing would not be earlier than that time. Therefore，it was thought that the Medical Trimetrical Classic be out off popular science work，when published in 1804. However，according to the definition of the modern science popular work，we think the Medical Trimetrical Classic should be a reality of science popular work， because of the creation’s aim，the content’s characteristic，the popular range，as well as the value to promote Traditional Chinese Medicine. It will be helpful to study the popularization of Traditional Chinese Medicine in history by excavating its science popularization connotation.
