      新媒体是推动社会进步的重要力量。新媒体对科普的影响是全方位的、深远的，为科普带来了新的活力，改变了科普传播的时空结构，科普更加注重互动性、参与性和体验性。然而，我国目前的科普体制形成了同新媒体发展不相适应的制度安排，重点表现在制度依赖、技术轨迹依赖和科普内容依赖三个层面。面对媒介融合的趋势，关键还是要积极转换科普工作的体制机制，建立适合新媒体取向的工作体系，培育与弘扬适合互联网时代的科学文化。

英文摘要:

      New media serves as an important power in promoting social development. New media has exerted far-reaching influence，brought new vitality，and changed the structure of time and space for science popularization. From that sense, science popularization will place more emphasis on interactivity，participation and experienceing. But the current institutional system of our science popularization does not accord with the needs for new media development，mainly featuring institution dependence，technical track dependence and content dependence. In the presence of the trend of media convergence，the key way for science popularization development is to positively transform the system and mechanism，establish a system that fits new media，and cultivate and promote scientific culture that is in line with the feature of internet era.
